Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.

As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. We ended up ordering the wrong size and happened to be in Cali for a wedding so we stopped in. They resized it in an afternoon visit! We love it so much and can’t thank you enough!

Christofer Berruz Chungata I worked with Paul to purchase a loose diamond and have it set on an engagement ring. Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!
