Paul Waters Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.

I was browsing yesterday and wound up purchasing a bunch of birthday cards that are perfect for certain people. I also enjoyed talking to the woman who was working there.
