Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.
