THEIR GOLD IS FAKE ITS PLATED AND SOLD AT AN EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE!! I bought a ring for $450 that includes shipping expenses. The ring is plated and they won’t refund my money or respond to my emails! They said I can exchange the ring for something else or keep the ring and get $25 off what I paid for it! I DONT WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR MORE FAKE GOLD! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I’ve taken the ring to multiple jewelers that buy gold and have told me it’s worth nothing! I CANT EVEN SELL THE RING FOR SCRAP GOLD ITS LITERALLY WORTHLESS!!! & I paid $450 please don’t be like me take your money elsewhere I will be sharing this message across all social media platforms & involving a lawyer! This was a birthday gift out of my budget & a surprise I can’t even afford anything else to replace the gift! I’m so disappointed the promised the ring was real! It literally feels like a ring you would get out of a 25 cent machine like it was made of foil or plastic your can literally bend it! I have toddler jewelry that’s sturdier then what they sold me! 5 /5 Paul Marchu: I found this place by Google search. I called ahead and asked if they did battery service, which they do. Friendly young lady charged me $15 and it took 15 minutes. She set the date and time. Perfect.

1 /5 Savana Gossett: Ive been going here for awhile and these people finally got me. Paid for my jewelry to get fix like I always do there. Didnt realize until I got home that they didnt even fix my necklace. Already paid for and still broken in the same spot. They told me I need to come back so they can see if its broken in the same spot. How the hell would they know where it was broken to begin with if they didnt even fix it the first time. They suck. And aint even willing to help in there own mess up. And they still took my money!
