The booking and paperwork process was easy, I got a convenient time easily, and it cost about what I thought it would (not super cheap but everything was the highest quality). The business is clean, tastefully furnished, and everyone was friendly.

5 /5 Kat L. King: I could talk about Amory for weeks! I truly LOVE them. Every single person who works at Amory is amazing. The atmosphere is great. The staff is knowledgeable. Everyone is professional. They have a wide variety of jewelry for sale. If they dont have what you are looking for, they can order it. The piercers have many, many years of experience, and they continue their education. Something just to be aware of, there is almost no cellphone reception near Amory (and no wifi). They are open every day from noon to 7:00 pm, except for Wednesdays. (Closed for lunch from 3 to 4). They take appointments for piercings on Mondays and Tuesdays. Those days, they do take some walk ins for jewelry changes. Thursday through Sunday, they take walk ins for piercings, as well as everything else. If you are planning on walking in, I recommend getting there right when they open. It is first come, first serve, so you may have to wait a while or return later in the day for your time slot. You can stop in any time to look at jewelry, or you can call to schedule an appointment with Ash to talk jewelry. I have found the jewelry prices to be the usual going rates for retail. They also offer a jewelry sterilization service for a great price. If you are looking to have something done that you do not see listed on their website, just ask! There are only 2 piercing studios I recommend in Santa Cruz County, Amory and Fawn at Midtown Tattoo and Piercing

My favorite part was their display cases which were fun to look at, beautifully made, and well organized.

5 /5 Paula P: I took my 8 year old in for her first set of piercings today. Everything about this experience was positive for her. Adam was so kind to her. He explained the whole process before and during the piercing. He answered all of her questions and made sure she felt comfortable. For those of you on the fence because of the price, I’d highly recommend that you go for it. They pierce with a needle, not a gun, which means less pain and trauma to the ear. They also use flat back earrings, which are infinitely more comfortable than traditional earrings. Overall awesome experience!
