Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

Dont4get2smile What a RARE find in the Ontario Mills Mall! A small, beautiful booth...owned by a super sweet and talented BLACK woman jeweler selling wonderful art. I was on my way to Oakleys near by to buy my husband some shades when I noticed the boutique store. I ended up buying a wonderful container to hold my husbands “cooking herbs” that has a nice wooden stopper and a wonderous colorful Geode right on top! It was very affordable; I wish I had an opportunity to buy more! Happy to help support a fellow African American’s Small Business in a sea on NOT African American Owned businesses in that HUGE mall. Next time you are in the area stop by and show some LOVE!!! :)

John Madsen This was by far the worst boutique Içve ever visited! My friend carries around a cup of ice with her and the lady behind the counter told her she couldnt have an open container. My friend said oh theres no liquid in it just ice. The lady said well be careful which was nice of her but I turned around to say something to my husband and the lady was sneering at me! I thought at first she just happened to glance my way but she remained that way and i didnt look away and wasnt sure why she had that expression? I asked her if she was ok with a little smile of embarrassment for her and she said Icm fine! Her look of utter disgust flooed me. I had said nothing to her and she remained locked on me. I just looked toward the door and walked out and all the married couples that were with me, except my friend with the ice lol.

The piercer was professional and fun; definitely unexpected but super appreciated. Walk in was a positive experience for me, and huge appreciation for the jewelry shop for their patience and passion for what they’re selling here.

They helped me create the perfect engagement ring using my grandmother’s old jewelry, and the result was more beautiful than I could have imagined. From start to finish, they were so kind, patient, and thoughtful—especially since I had no idea what I was doing. They made the whole experience feel really special. Molly Hill Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.
