1 /5 Oscar Flores: Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

1 /5 Jen: Be careful!! Hispanic blonde lady told my boyfriend that she would update his information and began to ask how much he makes; she was trying to run his credit without his consent!! Luckily he caught on!

1 /5 Kacey Jones: Walked out because instead of anyone offering to help us we asked for help. Red flag there. And the lady we asked had a huge rude approach. I refuse to do business with anyone like that

1 /5 Chiann Wheeler: Don’t bother with this location. The MANAGER Ishmael tried completely ripping me off! I’m now headed to the other location because I spoke with them on the phone and found out Ishmael completely lied to me to try and get me to spend more money. My fiancé bought my engagement ring and band as a set. I wanted to trade in the set because in my opinion they don’t go together as well as you’d expect a set to match. I went to trade in just the band and explained that my engagement ring was meaningful and I had NO intentions to trade that part. He informed me I’d HAVE to get a band that is double the price of my original and basically I’d get 50% off so I’d pay the same as I originally paid. We looked at the bands and I didn’t like the way any of them looked with the engagement ring. At this point he “just realized” I actually would have to trade in the whole set for a set that is double value. I told them never mind and left. I called the other location and was informed that was all a lie. I CAN trade just the band. And I will get credit for it that can be applied to ANY band I want, doesn’t have to be “double value”!!!! I’m so angry and feel he was just trying to take advantage of me because my wedding is 5 days away so he knew I was in a rush and would possibly settle and just pay more! I’m so glad the manager at the other location on Oswell was truthful and is doing everything she can to get me the band I want in time for my wedding!

1 /5 Amanda T: We went to purchase our wedding rings and were approved for a $700 down payment online. When the salesman Eli and an older woman couldn’t talk us into putting a down payment down of $1800 even after we showed them we were approved for $731 down Eli told my fiancé “you’re the one struggling with your credit” I will never recommend them to anyone and will be forwarding this to corporate he embarrassed us in front of my son and another customer.
