Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

Daniella Great service, I showed up to get my gold necklace fixed and they quoted me $40 which I personally thought was super affordable! I dropped it off and picked it up 3 days later when I was contacted it was ready. It looks great! I can’t even tell it was ever broken. Definitely recommend!

dava Day My second custom ring I’ve had designed with them and I’m so happy! It’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They always make my dreams come true! It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!

I did so much research on diamonds and engagement rings, and after going to 5 other jewelers and getting quotes from almost every online retailer, David and his team out did them all! Tracy Marlowe I love this fabulous gem of a store. Family owned and managed. Ive visited estate jewelry stores in multiple cities and states and have yet to stumble into one that has as extensive a collection as this one. The owners are delightful, friendly and helpful. They even sized my gorgeous estate ring purchase quickly enough that I was able to pick it up before the end of my trip. Love this store and the ring! Ill definitely be back! ❤️

Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed!
