Her studio was warm, inviting, and beautifully set up, a true reflection of her craft and care for her customers. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and helped us choose beads that felt meaningful and perfect for us. We left feeling confident and empowered. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend her to anyone considering waist beads. You wont regret it!

Julia Golden Good costumer service from the moment I walked into the store. great selection of jelwery and chains. The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

Caezar Ancayan I stopped by this shop recently looking for vintage watches, and had a great experience. James—if I caught his name correctly—was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Even though I arrived close to closing time, he took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The shop carries a wide variety of unique items beyond jewelry—everything from records and musical instruments to vintage spoons, lamps, and framed pictures. It’s definitely a place worth browsing if you enjoy discovering eclectic finds. James mentioned that all of the watches are mechanically checked before being displayed, which was reassuring. Some models needed new batteries, but many of the mechanical ones wound up beautifully. I didn’t get to spend as much time browsing as I’d like, but I’ll definitely be back for a longer visit. A great little spot for vintage lovers and collectors alike!

Nancy Sarver I will say that my cuff bracelet is just beautiful. However, the order I placed was for 2 items. The necklace was to be personalized. I received my bracelet 3 weeks after order. Online account showed both were shipped. When I attempted to call the company 9 times, I spoke with someone once. None of my messages were returned. Emails took 2-3 days to return and I was told story after story that it was being shipped Needless to say, I won’t order from LLC again. The necklace finally arrived today. 7 weeks after order. In my last correspondence with a LLC representative, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment that the service was less than satisfactory but they did offer me a discount on future orders. Haha. Nice try

Sabrina C They are always helpful. Their knowledge of jewelry is amazing. I happen to be a pearl collector and Ive yet found another group who could restring pearls as well as they do or teach me how to take care of them. Their other repair services are recommended as well. I just love The Jewelry Box.

Nancy and her staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship feels timeless. When I gave it to her, she was blown away. As a guy who doesn’t shop for jewelry often, I really appreciated how comfortable and straightforward they made the process. I’ll definitely be back.
