I dropped it off and picked it up 3 days later when I was contacted it was ready. It looks great! I can’t even tell it was ever broken. Definitely recommend!

5 /5 Susan Ashworth: I recently noticed my wedding band had gotten bent out of shape. I brought it into a large chain jewelry store in Mountain View and was told that they might be able to reshape it for $100 but it could be damaged by doing so and they would take no responsibility for it. I said no thanks, and googled jewelry stores nearby and found Carmens Joyeria. I called and Carmen told me she could take care of it. I brought the ring over and a week later picked it up looking brand new and reshaped, for a fraction of the cost. Carmen and her assistant were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely use them again for any jewelry repairs I need done and would highly recommend them.
