I went in looking to repair a ring of mine and was assured that they would be able to fix it, have cleaned, and pick it up the next day for a really decent price which mad me very happy! Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days.
