They were amazing in sending it out keeping me updated throughout the whole process I just picked it up and almost in tears at how beautiful and amazing it turned out! M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.

So I came to the store which is really nice and they have great customer service. The employees are very friendly, and they were able to clean my jewelry and made it look brand new. The owner was kind enough to not charge me for the cleaning. They have a nice selection of jewelry, and I want to come back to look at their necklaces. Very nice jewelry store.

My experience was perfect from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come to her for any of my jewelry needs in the future. I had a vintage 1930s ring resized, and she was thorough in her assessment of the re-sizing to ensure it was done safely to protect the opals. Turn around time was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m a vintage and antique jewelry collector, and my experience with jewelers in our area has been a bit varied in terms of professionalism, expertise, etc. Cynthia is a gem (pun intended) and a true asset to have in our community—thank you, Cynthia!!!

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable!
