MJ L This place is an absolute gem! I have had 3 watch batteries replaced (complete while I waited), 2 necklaces fixed (saudered and prong fix) and another bangle saudered. Everyone here is just so friendly and very involved with the community. They also have a ton of vintage jewelry which is well priced and can’t be beat. I’ll be back again and again!!!

carlos villalobos I loved my experience. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in to see some wedding band options. Genesis was available and took care of me. She was amazing. They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later! I am so excited and am in love with my wedding band. Thank you so much for all your help and recommendations Genesis! I will definitely be back for any other needs.

Eben Davis I never thought Id wear my Rolex President again. After numerous failed attempts to get it running it sat in a drawer for 10 years. A friend recommended Kupfer. I took it in and Konstantine offered me a fair price to bring it back to life. Well, I just got it back and I feel like I have a brand new watch. It looks and runs amazing. Why go anywhere else? We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.
