Christopher Garcia Eatherly Went in for a watch that I ordered online, met Joey was so helpful, attentive and very friendly. His watch knowledge is insane I’m sure it is for jewelry as well. I had a great experience with picking up my online order from him that I ended up ordering another Tag Heuer through him. From now on I will go straight to Joey for all my watch orders and needs. Such a great experience. Great guy and patient! The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Pleased with the store overall and Joey especially! Can’t wait to order my next timepiece! Thanks again!

Ana Sanchez I ordered some jewelry from here and it did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and send you pics and videos of what you are looking for! I recommend! I am from WA and they mail out my jewelry and I received my jewelry in mail! I have ordered from here at least 4 times!

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Alberto Gallegos Wonderful unique neat little store. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. She creates her own pieces and does silversmiths work in house. Her signature piece can be purchased in various forms: plastic, shell, & silver. I love unique pieces of jewelry and she has them. I bought the silver one and love it.

DeAjuané Jones This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

Amy Haines We have visited Given Gold, Dan and staff, numerous times. We have had only amazing experiences working with Dan. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

Sculpted Beauty I’m a busy momma, who like most, like to feel put together most days. I purchased an anklet and bracelet with Three2seven, she made my experience so warm and welcoming. It’s good quality jewelry that I don’t have to stress about loosing, worrying about taking it on and off, and it still looks New! I absolutely love it ♥️ can not wait to purchase more!!!!
