Something so important was that I felt no pressure to make any particular decision. This ended with me getting the most perfect engagement ring I could have asked for. Their communication and support was outstanding. I really felt like I was collaborating with people who knew me and the future bride and wanted to ensure I had the perfect ring in time for the proposal. My fiance could not have been happier with the ring!

They were responsive, informative, and detail oriented throughout the purchase process. When we arrived to pick up the earrings they had a wonderful display setup and everyone in the store took part in the surprise. The earrings themselves are beautiful and my wife has worn them nearly everyday since making the purchase.

We were greeted by Jen from day one and she helped us through several visits and changed plans. She was patient, very well informed, and lead us so smoothly through the process of creating custom rings. Not a question was left unanswered. Thank you, Jen! We returned to buy wedding bands and wedding gifts (secretly) for one another. Mathis helped us through these purchases. She was incredibly patient as we sorted through our various ideas and secret plans. Finally- Mr. Fox’s hand engraving is impeccable! The quality of work at Fox is exceptional.
