5 /5 Katie Huang: We came to La Vita Vital on a tight timeline, and they delivered! Within 4 weeks, we went from a vague setting in mind to having a custom wedding set in hand. It was our first big jewelry purchase, and Chilly Willy and Auston were so helpful in sourcing stones, choosing materials, and refining our design. Since I knew I wanted a blue center stone, they were able to quickly order blue diamonds for us to see in person. And when we decided to go with a sapphire instead, they had no issues with setting the gem even though it was purchased from a different supplier. Touring the facility also relieved some of my anxieties around making sure the rings were completed by our deadline. After seeing how they handle everything in-house without outsourcing to other jewelers, it was easier to believe that they’d finish the job in time — and indeed, they delivered a few days early! I truly felt Chilly Willy meant it when he expressed his desire to ensure customers walk away happy. There was no sales pressure, and appointments never felt rushed despite the busy holiday season. We’re incredibly pleased with the quality of their work; the craftsmanship on the rings is impeccable. If you are looking for a jeweler with excellent quality work and fantastic customer service, we highly recommend La Vita Vital!

5 /5 Josh Sherreitt: Auston and his team at La Vita Vital are truly detail-oriented and focused on providing the best possible service to their customers. I went to Auston through the recommendation of a friend for the engagement ring for my (now) wife. I wanted something unique, custom, and something nobody else out there had. Auston patiently walked me through the process of diamond selection, setting, and design one by one. He even explained how the CAD, casting, finishing, and polishing all work too and gave me a tour of their facility in Irvine. Overall a truly outstanding experience with La Vita Vital, fair pricing, free resizing, and lifetime care and polishing. My wife also went to Auston when it was time for my ring! They do it all. 10/10 will recommend to all of my friends and family.

I came in knowing the exact specs of the ring I wanted, and with my detailed description, they delivered it perfectly. I proposed with the ring, and my now fiancée said it’s absolutely perfect. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. At our first meeting, I shared all the details of what I was looking for. At the second meeting, they presented me with a selection of diamonds to choose from, and even gave me a tour of their manufacturing area while walking me through the process. About three weeks later, I got the call to pick up the finished ring! I wasn’t in a rush, but I’m confident they could’ve delivered faster if I needed. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that I would’ve liked to see more diamonds with the exact same 4Cs, so I could compare subtle differences more directly. But honestly, the ring turned out perfect, so this wasn’t really an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this shop—they make the process easy, transparent, and deliver stunning results. Both Auston and Chilly were great to work with.

5 /5 Austin Richardson-Solorzano: This was the most incredible engagement ring experience, topping even Tiffanys or Cartier. Auston helped us every step of the way in designing our rings. We were able to take our time going through multiple design ideas, building custom 3D models, then plastic molds and eventually the final product. Auston is incredibly knowledgeable and creative, and he is able to recommend materials and gems based on the design and your price target. He is also extremely welcoming and friendly, answering any questions and concerns you have. If you want a unique and deeply meaningful ring to call your own, I cannot recommend anyone more than Auston and La Vita Vital. Below are the designs that he made for us, a beautiful rose gold ring with an orange sapphire marquis nicknamed Jupiter and a gigantic diamond rock that has the endearing nickname Bumblebee.
