Michelle Zaharek I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! I was in need of a good jeweler to fix some victorian rings that I have. One of them had prongs that were just way too long, and the other one had prongs that were all wonky. I had been holding on to them for a while and finally felt that it was time to get them fixed. I brought them to Redlands jewelry repair and the quality of work is astounding. Im so pleased and cant wait to get more stuff done by them! (Pardon the dirty hands, I was gardening earlier today) 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. Vivian Pham Linda is extremely friendly, helpful and patient. I came in because my sister intended to buy a bengal, but sure enough I left with one too. She helped me find a quality jade that fit within my budget and was super informative. I have never been met with such amazing and personalized service buying jewelry. Everyone in my group was blown away by our experience there. Definitely paying her a second visit the next time I’m in SF!

They created a lovely atmosphere for my fiancé and I, clearly explained the features of the rings, and helped us find our favorite rings.
