C56 A0891 Yvette & Ozzy are neighborhood staples! They had this shop for many years on the corner of Wisconsin and Coast Highway. They do excellent repair work on watches and all jewelry. They saved my most favorite necklace of all time! Thank you so much! They have wonderful customer service and also have jewelry and other merchandise for sale. Their Kit Cat Klock collection is stellar!

Seth Boone This is easily the best jewelry store in Redding. I have been coming here for years to get my girlfriend and daughter their jewelry. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful. They have a wide selection, so you will be able to find just the right piece. Last Christmas I was able to get my daughter a beautiful topaz ring for her birthstone at a great price. She loves it. This year I am going to find a pendant to go with it. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would definitely stop here.

Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online. So, if you have a unique idea and want it done correctly, this is a solid place to go. Highly recommend. custom-made.

Maria Fumagalli I had a wonderful experience! The first pic is a before and the second is an after. I needed my mom’s ring that I am using for a wedding ring serviced. They tightened the setting, reshaped, and cleaned my ring in less than 2 hours for a great price. It looks amazing, and you can clearly see the difference between the two pictures.
