Noel Aguilar Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! Not to mention she cleaned her natural engagement stone and band so well! Her other teammates that afternoon were also a great supportive cast! (6/7/25). The whole vibe was just great, enough said. Great store!

Cindy Second time going here. First time was for myself, second time was for my 3 month old baby. Megan helped us with everything and was beyond wonderful. She was patient, well spoken, friendly, and gave clear directions. She made our experience wonderful! Definitely recommend.

Austin Stucky Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. I trusted him to do the job and he instilled confidence in choice that he could get it done. Edwin cut it out of its old setting and resoldered it to a new band, rendering it looking like a brand new ring. Not to mention he did it in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. I am forever grateful to Edwin and his masterful skills. Thank you Edwin!

Listens to you with an open heart Instinctively knows what is needed and goes the extra mile to make it happen We wanted to design our own wedding rings. A little overwhelming as we did not know very much about the art of jewelry making, but Gregory patiently guided us through the process. Lots of details and effort. Ive been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. The store visuals are outstanding as well with dazzling merchandise and walls decorated with some lovely photography by the owner Michael, which I found to be a nice personal touch. Thankyou!

Chase O Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. Im getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. I pointed it out to him when I brought it in recently almost a year later. He went ahead and replaced the two stones so the size & color matched and didnt charge me for any of it. Would gladly do business here again as they are a pleasure to work with.
