2 /5 R MarKC: My sister and I visited the store to purchase matching crosses. When we walked in, we were neither greeted nor offered assistance. While one associate was helping another customer, which we completely understand another staff member was present but completely ignored us. We spent several minutes browsing, still without any acknowledgment. After about five minutes, the first associate finished assisting the other customer and finally approached us, but did so with a noticeable attitude. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming service made us uncomfortable, and we decided not to make our purchase there. Instead, we went to Zales and found what we were looking for.
