5 /5 Lauren Gordon: I have been meaning to write a review about Estate Jewelers, in South Pasadena, for some time. It truly is that impressive. To begin, the store carries an entire section of exquisite estate jewelry, which spans several time periods. In addition, a majority of the store showcases new designs that are elegant, unique, and far from cookie-cutter. Another major attribute is how the people working at this store (comprised of mostly family and long held staff) are genuinely personable, professional, experts in their field, and reliable. I know someone who more recently had her engagement ring redesigned at this store and although excited about the look decided on, expressed that the results even surpassed her initial high expectations. After being told about Estate Jewelers, by a coworker, I personally have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Throughout that time, I have purchased items and brought jewelry in for repair. I would suggest that anyone interested in purchasing exquisite, high quality jewelry to visit this store. I guarantee that upon your first visit you will grasp what makes Estate Jewelers so unique.

The staff, especially Marcus, is always kind and helpful even for smaller jobs like a simple watch battery replacement. They have done some difficult resizing jobs for us on high-end pieces and we trust their work! Highly recommend this shop.

5 /5 Bonnie Rush: I first went here to have my engagement ring repaired in between traveling for work (the center stone was getting loose). They treated me well and were easy to reach and were very upfront with the cost and what they would do for the repair. I got my ring back and realized my center stone still rotated within the basket the night after I got it back. I reached out to them the next day for either another repair or fix but wasn’t able to get back to the shop for about 4 months and was ready to pay for another repair. Once I was able to come in, not only were they quick to respond, but they did not charge me a dime for the finished repair. They didn’t question me once about the time between the fix and second repair and made sure my ring was in great condition upon returning. My ring is fixed to satisfaction now and I have happily found my home jewelry shop because of their professionalism and customer service. They also have very nice vintage jewelry for sale that is great quality. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your jewelry needs and will be returning indefinitely for my own.

5 /5 Alex Wintersteller: Estate Jewelers was a great experience. My 18th century ring was beautifully restored. The communication was excellent. The quality of care was impressive. The sapphire and diamonds were restored, settings were all fixed and sealed, and the gems were polished - the ring sparkles from across the room. The price was more than fair, I was pleasantly surprised. I have also sold some jewels and silver. Hands down, I was given the best deal in La. The entire transaction was honest and I was pleased with my sale price. Selling jewelry is a very personal thing, and Estate Jewelers did it with such sensitivity. I would highly recommend them.
