1 /5 CoolCat: Went in for a battery replacement. Woman said “wait 10 minutes.” I waited and then she told my a piece came off my watch when she opened the watch and she would fix it but come back in 2 hours. Came back and watch looked fine. Wore it the next day and the piece came off and is floating around the face of the watch. I brought it back in to her the next day and she said “$20 to fix.” I explained that she was the one who broke it and she was the one who said she would fix it. She told me she did it for free the first time but now I have to pay. I explained that it wasn’t broken at all when I brought it to her but just needed a new battery. She explained that when she opened it the piece on the front fell off and she fixed it but now if I want it fixed again, I have to pay. I explained that her fix wasn’t ok and she needs to properly fix what she did but she told me to go away.

1 /5 Yaniret Martinez: Horrible the woman there doesn’t know how to handle hand watches, took mine for a battery change and she brought my watch back all scratched and broken and still wanted to charge me 50$ for her own damage to my watch terrible shop!

4 /5 brian willoughby: Great service reasonable prices. The battery put into watch went dead. 04/16/2016, I said screw this in only few months. I wonder how many batteries sit at this store until I get a good battery. At ten dollars an install. I was like Im gonna get battery somewhere else. So I did. I can get battery $1.64 at a different store. Just gotta put it in watch myself..

1 /5 Yumi ramirez: I had my silver necklace fixed due to broken necklace chain. Jenny told me she had to cut the small piece attached to the lock. I asked what she would do with the cut small piece, she said she would give it back to me. She said she would call me if ready to be picked up. I waited more than a week, no calls. I called and I got the necklace fixed but I asked for the broken small piece, she just said " its not here" She avoided eye contact with me and continued on what she was repairing. I wont go back here again for a jewelry repair..cant trust her..
