5 /5 olivia: Kelsey and Maddy have helped us so many times when we came to get our engagement and wedding rings! They have been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. Maddy and Kelsey are also very friendly and kind. We have never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Shane Co. has the best customer service—highly recommended! We always love coming back. They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.

5 /5 greg burnfield: My review is rather long if there is one thing to take away from it , its that you can not go wrong shopping with Shane co. Best prices , best service , best jewelry store iv been to period q+q Shane Co. is my go to jewelry store there service is absolutely amazing , I cant recommend them enough. I have bought my wifes engagement ring from them her wedding ring , 3 pairs of earrings my wedding ring and will continue to purchase jewelry from them as long as there still in business. There customer service is top notch they spent hours with my while I looked at diamond for my wifes engagement ring and I never felt rushed , they had one of the female employees try on different rings so I could compare them on the hand , I also never felt like I was being pushed towards a more expensive stone either in fact the sales man actually pointed out how one of the minor flaws on a cheaper stone would be hidden by the setting and because of that I wouldnt need to got with the more expensive stone. The service doesnt stop after you buy your jewelry there either my wife takes in her jewelry on a regular basis and has it clean and has her ring replated(its white gold). The also will replace any of the stones if the happen to fall out of the setting , we havent need to put this to the test but its nice to know its there. Another nice thing about Shane co is their upgrade policy, lets say my wife wanted to get a bigger stone in her earrings or ring Shane co will give you a the highest price wether its what you paid or what it appraises for.

5 /5 Bob Balestieri: I was pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised at the level of service we received at the foster city location. Everyone we encountered were professional, helpful and a complete joy to work with. The customer care could not have been a better one. I wish that I had gotten everyone’s names that we dealt with - we didn’t. But a huge shoutout and deep appreciation to both Steven and Bianca for being amazing. When we walked in, we had no intention to make a purchase. We were just browsing. However, because of both of these individuals, we made the purchase that very same day without shopping elsewhere. That’s how impressed we were with them - and everyone we have had the pleasure of working with since. I would whole heartedly recommend this location.

1 /5 Shely Benitah: had an awful experience here & do not recommend at all. Came in with an heirloom piece and we were exploring options to potentially reset the diamond. The staff asked if we wanted to know weight/etc about our diamond and we said sure (we didn’t know anything about diamonds/mounting/anything at this point and fully trusted that these were experts). They took the diamond out of the setting and at the end of the visit we asked if they could put it back and they said no. (again, we didn’t even know this was a whole process to begin with). They weren’t kind at all and we both left feeling icky. Fast forward, my partner went to go reset it at a local jeweler as we decided to keep the ring as is and found out the prongs cracked in the process and the repair and remounting is over $650 and that it would take over three weeks. When we contacted Shane Co about this, we were offered to reset it free of cost but decided against it bc we didnt feel comfortable/ trust them to have the diamond for a long period of time/ or to fix it especially after hearing others having similar bad experiences. I just wanted to share our experience so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else
