Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.

Haide K. Marquez My boyfriend bought me a K necklace from here. We were debating what jewelry shop to buy from. The nice gentleman working was very patient with us. He offered me different size chains when the necklace I liked was to short for my liking. I can definitely say his amazing customer service is what made us choose to buy my necklace here, even though we spent a little more then we were planning on. However it was definitely worth it!

Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair. Charlotte Gaines I absolutely loved the sea glass creations! The lady was so gracious and worked with me to create my choice into a beautiful necklace! I loved that each piece has a story which she shared. My choices came from Spain. I loved knowing the origin of where it was found! Walking with a walker into a shop filled with fragile items can be daunting but she was very kind and helpful and did not make me feel out of place. I will definitely be back!
