Chhavon Pin The man is a craftsman! He was very patient and shared his expertise with me. Worked with and advised me on two pendants of ivory. I wanted a more ornate design and of course he could do it. He advised it would cost more and wouldn’t add functionality as far as fastening the piece and aesthetically it would take away from “nature” or it’s look. Most of his business is repeat and referral, which is telling of any outfit. I was referred. He is very busy, it took at least two weeks but we are happy!

Holli Pruhsmeier Really nice, fairly priced items! I bought a flower skull at the booth during the fairy festival and it looks great in my garden! The owner is super friendly and helpful with choosing items. She even keeps an eye out for items if you mention that youre looking for something.

In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.

Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices.
