Trisha Justin’s Jewelers has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I custom sized the clover hoop earrings and they were so helpful every step of the way. The earrings turned out absolutely beautiful even better than I imagined, and they arrived so fast! I’m beyond happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

Alex Hopkins Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.

Kathy Fielder My great dane got one of my bracelets and badly misshaped it. We brought it here for repair. Everyone was amazingly nice. It turned out to be an easy fix and they didnt even charge us. This is a small boutique jeweler, but they have a nice selection of jewelry and some really cool watches. Ill definitely be back.

I reached out to Alexis. She immediately got back to me with some excellent options. I spent no more than 15 minutes coordinating and was sent a beautifully wrapped present that could not have made my girlfriend happier. Excellent customer service I stopped by on a Friday afternoon needing an engagement ring resized so that I can propose the next day. She told me to give her to the following morning to get it done. She got it done quick very clean Work. You can’t even see where it got resized perfect, and showed it to me. Great service it’s a family owned business and it feels like it very much it feels like at home super welcoming will definitely come back for any of my needs . Thank you Natalie you’re awesome!
