Paul spent exclusive time with us in helping us understand all our options while providing us with precious and relevant advise about the jewelry. My experience was awesome from beginning to end, not rushing through it, he patiently listening to what I was looking for and closing out the experience with the loveliest prayer and wishes. Excellent customer service I stopped by on a Friday afternoon needing an engagement ring resized so that I can propose the next day. She told me to give her to the following morning to get it done. She got it done quick very clean Work. You can’t even see where it got resized perfect, and showed it to me.
