Kas P Obsessed!! Sadie is a phenomenal asset in this jewelry store! She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

I love it! Danny is lovely to talk to, informative and extremely fair with his prices. I can’t wait to go in again and find another treasure!

Stephanie Ortins I have been doing business with Roper’s Jeweler’s downtown location for over 30 years. Harvey Roper and his brother owned the store at that time. A new era of co-owner Lisa and her staff have taken the torch . I enjoy business there more than ever. Laura is my go to with my fix-it’s, projects , and new jewelry I have made. She is always cheerful, amenable and helpful with my requests. I can hear and see Isiah is cordial with clients as they enter the business also. I won’t shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Karly Falkenberg Small, cute boutique downtown with decent clearance racks out front. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and was told the discounts for the day. Very friendly service and helpful staff! Prices are a little on the expensive side but reasonable compared to the other boutiques downtown. Good quality of clothing with a variety of styles and sizes. Very happy with the little crossbody bag I purchased. Plan to go back and highly recommend! Support local :)

Kami Dorman I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store. I brought in my watch for service, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. They even offered beverages while I waited, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Jasmine Waite ALANA is amazing at her job point blank period. She saw me looking slightly lost in the silver store and complimented my gold jewelry, then asked if I have been to their golden store next door… I didn’t even know this store was there! So when I popped over she happened to be at the counter and was so patient as she helped me try on dozens of rings for the perfect fit. I love it and I will be back!! ❤️❤️

Stefani Maine My fiancée and I got engaged without rings as we were selecting our own and had intentions to get custom made, rather nontraditional ones. We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!
