The necklace is a special one and we were worried it might not be repairable—but Larry handled it with such care and precision. He explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed beautifully and quickly. My daughter was thrilled to have it back in perfect condition! It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days. jas Took my ring in, for a resize. They did a great job! I was very happy with the results. The price was reasonable and the work was done in the time frame indicated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the items they had for sale. Some really nice pieces. I would go back there.

They treat you like you’re family. They designed custom engagement and wedding bands based on the design of an old ring set, including sourcing a rare stone. Very communicative throughout the process including some minor revisions. The result is stunning, delicate and refined, exactly matching what we were looking for. They’ve also been very helpful with other jewelry needs. Couldn’t recommend them more.
