Ana was incredibly calm, patient, and sweet, helping me choose the right size, placement, and style for my piercings. Even got some great deals! This was my second time at S.B. Claires for a piercing, and both times the customer service was top-notch. Alyssa assisted me during my first visit and was also very kind and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would give them a 10/10 rating for their exceptional service. Might I add- I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:00pm, and Ana took me in right away.
