Rob made the process easy and approachable, and he took the time to understand what we were looking for. Although my engagement ring was purchased elsewhere, he was able to make a custom adjustment so it fit seamlessly with the wedding band. All the other places I went were trying to convince me about certain rings. Rob one the other hand really cared about what I was looking for in a ring. Ultimately we decided on a custom ring that turned out incredibly! My now wife loves her ring so much. Every time we are in town, we swing by to get the ring cleaned and thank Rob again for the amazing service he gave us! 5 /5 Kale Dotson: The man running the shop, I assume, was beyond courteous. I will go here for any watch battery replacements, ring cleanings, whatever. Glad to support a local business in the village, and more so when the people who own the business are personable and professional. I brought in a watch for a battery replacement. I asked the price before he saw the watch and he quoted $20. Once he saw it was a Gucci watch he mentioned usually they are $30 (I assume either more finicky to replace, or to cover some insurance in case something goes wrong) but he would honor the $20 he had mentioned. He immediately got my recommendation and business from that interaction. Thank you!
