Their pricing is very fair, and the turnaround time is always prompt. It’s rare to find a place that’s both trustworthy and skilled, but Enhancery really delivers. Nancy Sarver I will say that my cuff bracelet is just beautiful. However, the order I placed was for 2 items. The necklace was to be personalized. I received my bracelet 3 weeks after order. Online account showed both were shipped. When I attempted to call the company 9 times, I spoke with someone once. None of my messages were returned. Emails took 2-3 days to return and I was told story after story that it was being shipped Needless to say, I won’t order from LLC again. The necklace finally arrived today. 7 weeks after order. In my last correspondence with a LLC representative, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment that the service was less than satisfactory but they did offer me a discount on future orders. Haha. Nice try

R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.
