I am sure they wondered if I would ever actually purchase the ring.. well this year for our 10th anniversary, we actually purchased the ring AND redesigned my current wedding ring to work with the new eternity band. I could not be more pleased. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with their design ideas. The ring turned out more beautiful than I could ever imagine. B. Crawford I did business with Harry a few years ago and again 2 weeks ago. He provides 1st class customer service. He has always been fair, honest, very nice, and makes you feel comfortable. He will go out of his way to provide quality top notch service. To put the icing on the cake, I left my drivers license there and live serveral miles away. He was kind enough to drop it off on his way home. You dont see that often, if at all. I will continue to do business with Harry and highly recommend him to anyone.

Craven Beauty I recently visited You Jewelers & Boutique to resize my engagement ring, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. I was in a bit of a bind as my engagement party was approaching in just 10 days, but they told me it would usually take about 15 days to complete the resizing. Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly helpful and worked diligently to accommodate my request. To my surprise, they had my ring ready in just a week! I feel so lucky and thankful for their speedy and professional service. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know!

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable!
