It had been some time since I bought her any jewelry and the father and son team helped me quite a bit. They know their stuff! They showed me several beautiful pieces, and then they showed me THE diamond ring. It was perfect for her. I knew she would love it, but I was concerned that it would be way out of my price range. It wasn’t - the price was very reasonable. We were so happy with it, that we had a companion piece custom made to use as her wedding/engagement ring set. Again, these guys know their stuff. They suggested a perfect design that would match the original ring. They had it made for us and had it done for a reasonable price. This is my new go-to place for my wife’s gifts!

Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. Liset Melgoza We bought a chain within a day it broke, we came in today to try to get it fixed and the guy wanted to charge us. As a courtesy they should of automatically fixed it. I believe all his jewelry is fake, it shouldn’t break within a day. If it’s real gold it would be more resistant. It’s a waste of money,
