1 /5 Jocelyn Cisneros: If you’re looking for rude service with a side of mean girl energy, this Pandora’s got you covered. Bobbi decided to raise her voice at me for no reason at all.. then to make matters worse she had an attitude. Moments later, she and Valerie went to the back to giggle about it even though nothing was funny Oh, and the store reeked like armpits… literally a slap in the face the entire time real luxury vibes hygiene should be prioritized especially for work. Shocking? Not really all the bad reviews speak for themselves. HR where are you!!!???

1 /5 catherine: Worst customer service! DON’T come here to to Bakersfield instead. A worker named “Valerie” gave off such rude attitude for no reason. Had a disgusting face since I walked in. Asked for the student discount acted dumb and did not add it on purpose. The other worker was “cleaning” my rings she didn’t clean them. All she did was rub them with the cloth when asked why she brushed me off. All 3 gossiped of a previous customer and made rude remarks. Will never come back to this Pandora.

1 /5 andrea: no greetings as you walk in, don’t approach you to offer help, finally paid attention to us and all we got was a “finding everything alright?” & didn’t give us a chance to respond just turned away immediately, once you ask to see an item they do it w an attitude. bobbi (sales manager) and valerie held a stank face the whole time we were in the shop almost as if us being there was an inconvenience. when we needed to pay, valerie threw the tablet to bobbi and made a face at us, again acting like our shopping was an inconvenience. no thank you or have a good day at the end of the purchase. the instant we left they went back to chatting and laughing. keep in mind we were the only ones in the store… will never return solely off the horrible service they offered us.

5 /5 Bobbie Arvayo: Great experience the young lady that helped me did great. She just did not explain to me on how to open up my bracelet but overall it was great. Store was great. Prices were awesome.

1 /5 Karina Vizcarra: The rudest customer service Ive ever experienced. As soon as we walked in, there were four employees, and none of them looked up to greet us or asked if we needed any help. We waited, and when no one came to speak to us, we walked towards an employee. As soon as we got close to her, she and her coworker walked towards the back, clearly trying to avoid doing their job. I dont understand how this store is running with such rude customer service. If I can give a 0 I would gladly
