I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

From the moment my fiancé and I walked into her incredibly beautiful store, she immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The engraving was incredible and everything turned out perfect. The best part of it was picking out the diamonds that I wanted to be placed in her settings. My wife had my wedding band made by Dave as well and filled it with diamonds. I was also looking for a specific ring. I told Dave what I wanted and he actually had it in stock. I had a Diamond charm and necklace made as well. Of course you cannot beat Daves price. GO SEE HIM!

Cecilia Wu John has been so amazing to work with! I had two loose diamonds that needed settings and he managed to make both designs come to life. He was able to size both rings fit perfectly in the first try and Ive gotten many compliments! John was extremely patient in the process and prices are more than reasonable for its craftsmanship and labor. I highly recommend him, truly in awe of his talent! Service and attention to detail is top notch!
