1 /5 Sumeet Singh: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had the worst experience here! Only buy from them if you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to ever return or exchange items later. They will give you different information when you buy and different when you go for help later. We bought some jewelry and later when we approached them for exchange or return their tone changed. They gave us silly reasons on why they wouldn’t exchange or return our item. They made us feel like fools, specially their manager. Very rude!!!

5 /5 Gunjan Amarnani: Alise and Tara are so amazing! They stayed extra to get my order sorted and were super patient and kind through the process. The customer service here was 11/10. I keep coming back for the cool designs but more importantly the awesome customer service!

2 /5 Michael Blumenfeld: They didn’t have the exact length of the chain I wanted in stock so they ordered it for me. 2 months went by and I hadn’t heard from them so I called to check in. They said the one they ordered for me hadn’t come yet but the chain in the length I wanted had come in and was back in stock in the store. WUT!? Yeah I didn’t need the exact single chain you ordered for me, just one in that length. Any one in that length. They didn’t call me or do anything when their stock arrived. Not sure how long I would have waited if I didn’t call to check in. Usually when a store gets low on inventory, they order more before running out. Was pretty confused why it took several months for basic inventory to arrive and further how no one contacted me about something I’d ordered that was now in stock. Also I’ve paid a couple hundred dollars to fix the clasp that has broken several times. The “men’s” selection is pretty basic as well which is a bummer.

5 /5 Openiano Kierstin “Raquel”: I had a great shopping experience. One woman was incredibly helpful and kind, I wish I got her name. She helped me pick out jewelry to go with a gown I was wearing to a black tie wedding. I ended up not keeping the earrings and returned them about 2 days after purchasing, kept the ring. Return was easy and fast. I was helped by the same woman and she made the return feel comfortable; I feel like it can be awkward sometimes returning items but the customer service here was good! I will be coming back again for future purchases.

5 /5 Tiff Pham: I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!
