The entire experience and customer service from selecting the ring, finish, and diamond could not have been easier. The engagement ring is a piece of art of heirloom quality. We have gone back to get our matching wedding bands and it was such a pleasure and privilege to get to see the workshop and care and high caliber craftsmanship that is put into each piece of jewelry. Veronica Roth Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!

My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!

He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. Chase O Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. Im getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. I pointed it out to him when I brought it in recently almost a year later. He went ahead and replaced the two stones so the size & color matched and didnt charge me for any of it. Would gladly do business here again as they are a pleasure to work with.
