He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. 5 /5 Taylor Fleshman: Dan is genuinely one of nicest guys I have ever met, and he is extremely talented. He really has such a great eye, and made my vision come to life exactly how I had pictured it. I wanted a a classic cluster ring made from some loose inherited diamonds, and he did it beautifully. He also did a new diamond band - which is beautiful and such a classic piece. A couple weeks later I noticed the diamond in my grandmothers old naval ring needed securing - and he did it with such care and it came out perfectly. I cannot recommend him enough!

5 /5 Michele Lin: Dan and Alex are good people! Dans work is excellent as he has been mastering his craft for 25+ years. He took in my engagement ring when a tiny gemstone fell out and quickly diagnosed what needed improvement. He expertly replaced the prongs, tightened the gemstones, refinished and work his magic. A couple days later, I get my ring back and it looks even better than before! Im very happy with my experience and am so thrilled to have found Given Gold. Ill for sure count on them for all my jewelry needs. I cannot recommend these wonderful jewelers enough! Thank you Dan & Alex!

1 /5 Ashley Herrera: So I came to update my review because I was so happy about having my ring resized again, which it fits perfect but upon getting home I went to show my mom and while she was observing it, she noticed a diamond missing... and by that time the store was closed. So I dont know what happened but I do know I never had any issues until I got it sized again. Idk if sizing it could make the diamonds loose or what happened but it shouldnt be able to fall out. Ive had a horrible time lately and this is just the icing on the cake. Had i known I wouldve kept my 90 dollars and just kept the ring in a box... now Im out 90 dollars which I could use right now, and my wedding ring is missing a diamond. Dont get me wrong. They have excellent customer servjce... maybe its just my luck.
