Erika Gaona Worst place to come get your newborn baby’s ears. They tell you one price but charge you another. Before piercing my ears I asked the lady with the highlights what is the price? She told me $40 I checked my credit card and I was being charged $70. I go back to ask for a $30 refund and the Asian lady gives me $20 scamming me the $10 not much of a difference but stealing from your customers is crazy. But crazy. Don’t ever come here.

Gil Zapanta Dante was a great big help!! Wife was looking for an engagement ring as she didn’t want one the first time!! We visited the Valley Fair Kay Jewelers store and was treated with kindness and respect. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. I would recommend him and Kay if you are looking for any jewelry or even a watch. I’ll be back for a watch for myself soon. He even cleaned the wedding band my wife has!! Fantastic service. I met the owners who were super friendly and clearly care about the customer experience. My piercer Alex was great - explaining each stage of the process, checking to make sure I was comfortable, and giving helpful care instructions.

Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.
