1 /5 Tiff Mayorga: First time I came here was good. The girl who helped me in the front was amazing and my piercer was too. I scheduled an appointment almost 3 weeks in advanced for an apprentice to pierce my daughter’s lobes and from the moment I walked in the girl in front was rude when she saw me walk in with my kids. She kept making comments on my son coughing and not being able to hear me when I was giving her my contact/ reservation information. I was asking her about a couple piercings the previous girl had recommended me to get, and she kept making comments like “I don’t think those are real piercings” or “we don’t do that type of work”. I eventually told her the previous girl who had helped me recommended them and she made it very difficult to tell me what her name was off my accounts last visit check in. Ultimately, when I asked to confirm pricing of the apprentice she said the apprentice was not in and they would charge full price, I told her I wasn’t informed of the reservation and cost changes. I also let her know I wasn’t close by and had driven over 40 minutes to get to the location and how I had already made arrangements to make the appointment. The inconvenience it was to be turned away and not even to be offered a resolution for the inconvenience was beyond me, all she said was well it’s not our fault that our apprentice had a last minute family emergency and there was nothing they could do. She was unpleasant and wish I would’ve gotten her name. Based off this alone, I have to say I’m not going back. She’s in the front and a representation of the business itself. Definitely look into better training for these unforeseen issues to accommodate clients especially when they go out of their way for your business!
