Over multiple visits—whether trying on new pieces or handling service repairs—the team has always treated us with the same level of care and professionalism youd expect from a luxury brand. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations. Rand Stephens My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.

carlos mercado Came in from out of town looking for a very particular piece and was greatly accommodated to my needs. Along with finding exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price, we had a bracelet repaired on the spot and our other jewellery cleaned at no cost. Very happy to have found this spot and will be back in the future.

Sienna Lubocki josie the owner is wonderful. answer every question and helped us find the perfect style and fit. the bikinis themselves come in so many fits, styles, and fabric and are the highest quality. the store is beautiful and the perfect small business to support. we came from out of town and forgot swim suits. she made us feel calm and at home. overall if your in town or live here, this should be where you come to get your swimsuits.

Hi. I think the silver shop owns this place, or vice versa. Always friendly and I love that they encourage dogs to come inside.

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!
