Nga Dinh Ann is the best at her craft and a wonderful woman. I needed help with fixing my daughter’s necklace. She immediately figured out the problem and happily fixed the clasp within a minute. Lisa Eichler Very cute trendy boutique and is geared toward young ladies and Im on the other end, an aging boomer. However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didnt find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable! Tyler Krause Recently went to the show room in Walnut Creek to look at designs for engagement rings. Our appointment was with Lauren Craig and I could not have been more impressed. She was very helpful in teaching us about the different characteristics of diamonds. If I could give more stars I would. She was very professional and reached out to me privately about picking a specific ring and made the process a lot less stressful than I originally thought. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service I LOVE THIS STORE! From my permanent bracelet and anklet (Marisa puts it on herself and you can customize your adornment), to my subtle turquoise studs and even the glassware that I use everyday...this place is the go-to. Marisa is a talented artist who makes not just beautiful and creative jewelry but in addition to that, shes curated her store with other talented jewelers, fashion designers and homewares. The staff there is always helpful, especially Claire! You can go in and say what youre looking for in general and she will give you many options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
