morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. Danica Carter My son went and picked up my bracelet that I broke. When I received it from my son it was all cleaned up and they took out a couple of links for really good and irs back to dripping like water. I didnt even know it was dirty. Thank you and by the way the guys are very nice.

M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.
