Noel Aguilar Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! Not to mention she cleaned her natural engagement stone and band so well! Her other teammates that afternoon were also a great supportive cast! (6/7/25). The whole vibe was just great, enough said. Great store!

Miyashiro Josephin I trust this place with my watches. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They know the inner workings of all brands, even the ones they dont carry... I brought my Wrestling digital in and they fixed it for me.... And their prices for minor repairs and batteries are the best Ive encountered in CA. I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....

Whitney Reid Denny is talented and honest, he is a well seasoned jeweler who can do ANYTHING!! I see some complaints about his very knowledgeable Gemologist Charlotte, but I have to say she has a huge heart once you get to know her. By nature she comes across as all business but gets the job done and KNOWS HER STUFF!!!!!!

Colin Jenkins Outstanding experience from start to finish. My wife had a vision for her engagement ring so I took it to Avo who transformed it into something better than either of us imagined. He made some smart adjustments to the design to fit flush against the beautiful wedding band I eventually went back to him for as well as to craft my own ring. We couldnt be happier with his work and always recommend him to friends and family. Craftsmanship is exceptional and hes a fantastic person to work with every time.

Picked up 3 pieces so far. 2 pair of Ankh earings, 1 for my daughter and one for a friend who saw them on a FB post in LA...also got the copper spiral bracelet at the Ashby Flea Market where Cozmo El Jewelry is posted up on Saturdays. Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process. I was never aware of did know something like this was available. I want to thank you Mark for your support and most importantly for being a real one in these streets. #Trenches
