Cheryl What a lovely business. I stopped here with my daughter to see if be able to repair her necklace and it was not easy. The woman at the counter was able to find a creative solution so that my daughter could still clasp her necklaces. My daughter was thrilled. Lisa Loh I have an old automatic watch that runs fast and has a broken clasp that needs fixing/overhauled. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.

Bernie Wong Great experiences. We went to Henrys a few years back to resize my wifes engagement ring and they did a superb job. Today went back as the stone was loose and Henrys reset the ring (re-did the prongs and polished). Was nervous about leaving the ring for few hours, asked if I could wait there and it was done in less than an hour. Great prices and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

Spencer Family We had a fabulous experience at Joe Escobar. JP was amazing. He sensed my style right away and did not lead me astray. The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.
