Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Brenda Finne Gregory is an exceptional artist. Listens to you with an open heart Instinctively knows what is needed and goes the extra mile to make it happen We wanted to design our own wedding rings. A little overwhelming as we did not know very much about the art of jewelry making, but Gregory patiently guided us through the process. Lots of details and effort. Our wedding rings truly feel magical. Working with Gregory and engaging with all his staff and lovely wife has been a real pleasure
