1 /5 Elle F: I used to go here for a lot of different things because its affordable and my parents history with Keri. However now Id rather go somewhere else, because the two employees we dealt with left a bad taste in my mouth. Vivian and Brianna helped my sister and I, I should say didnt help because they didnt want to. They lied to us about an honest mistake which we werent mad about because it could happen to anyone, they would rather lie about it, hide it, and attempt to make my sister and I feel stupid and like we didnt know what we were talking about, even though we knew exactly what was wrong and why, we didnt do anything wrong and were just wanting something fixed. We asked if there was any compensation that my sister could receive because what we had gotten wasnt what we were told we were getting. And they insisted in keeping up with a lie and trying to make us feel stupid. Not to mention they were eating chips and were trying to deal with our merchandise, that we already paid for, that we were trying to bring back without washing their hands. My sister and I love all the other employees, they are all great except these two and this experience. At one point I even had to tell them that we werent mad at them because it wasnt their fault, because of the way they were rude and unprofessional. In no way were we trying to start a fight or cause drama but they turned it into an ugly situation. Most definitely will not be returning to Keris when these two are working.
