I had a ring that was left to me by my mom, and wanted to use it as a base to create something that incorporated the birthstones of my husband, our kids, and me. Mark had an amazing selection of stones to choose from, assessed how he could incorporate some of the diamonds my mom had, sat with us discussing the design, and created something amazing. He also helped resize the ring about a year later to ensure it was still perfect (free of charge!). I highly recommend Mark for all your custom jewelry needs!

I always ended up a happy customer. And the Cuban lady is really nice and she answers my many questions without getting upset. That’s what a lot of other places do. Also they don’t pressure you. Layla Payte We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!
