Thomson Ho Having had my fair share of experiences with various ADs (some not so great), walking into Kerns Jewelers was honestly a huge breath of fresh air. Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Andrea Jackson I have been coming to Helzberg Diamonds for years because I love the quality and beauty of all their jewelry. I came in on my anniversary and Mary assisted us as she has before. In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options. I was soooo happy walking or should I say, skipping out of Helzberg with my new beautiful upgraded Diamond ring! My husband and I were so pleased! Especially me! Andrew Alvarado This place rocks! I needed a gift for my wife’s birthday and I thought I would stop by. It had been some time since I bought her any jewelry and the father and son team helped me quite a bit. They know their stuff! They showed me several beautiful pieces, and then they showed me THE diamond ring. It was perfect for her. I knew she would love it, but I was concerned that it would be way out of my price range. It wasn’t - the price was very reasonable. We were so happy with it, that we had a companion piece custom made to use as her wedding/engagement ring set. Again, these guys know their stuff. They suggested a perfect design that would match the original ring. They had it made for us and had it done for a reasonable price. This is my new go-to place for my wife’s gifts!

Boykin Atiim I always love dropping by to chat and see the new jewelry. Anytime I am in town I pop by. Ive bought many pieces here and love the owner(s). Ive had a clasp fixed on a very sentimental piece that belonged to my grandfather, bought earrings for my girlfriend now wife, and have purchased necklaces and rings. Karly Falkenberg Small, cute boutique downtown with decent clearance racks out front. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and was told the discounts for the day. Very friendly service and helpful staff! Prices are a little on the expensive side but reasonable compared to the other boutiques downtown. Good quality of clothing with a variety of styles and sizes. Very happy with the little crossbody bag I purchased. Plan to go back and highly recommend! Support local :)

Trina DiNapoli I just returned home after having such a wonderful experience at Ideal Jewelry..the owner and young woman working couldnt have been kinder or more helpful..I bought a Timex watch with expandable band and tried to make the band smaller by watching a youtube video.Long story short , I had heard about Ideal and went right down and within 20min. my band was fixed and the charge was so minimal..I highly recomend Ideal Jewelry especially since its family owned..Thank you so much for your kindness..I will be back.
