Michael, who oversees the shop has vast knowledge of his inventory as well as estate jewelry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through all of our options, even going back and forth with us as we figured out which wedding bands felt right. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured - and he made us feel completely comfortable asking questions, even around pricing and payment plans. While were still finalizing our decision, our experience with Christopher was nothing short or wonderful. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. Elan Emerson One of my favorite places for a perfect gift! I love the selection of home goods, especially the beautiful serving bowls. Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair.
