1 /5 Anthony S: Do not go here for custom jewelry! Sam and his team made an engagement ring for me that was completely wrong. The band was not what I asked for, all the diamonds were different shades, and two were loose. I requested they fix the errors and was charged more money. After 2 months and 8 visits, it was still different diamond colors and setting was now bent. San told me, “It’s a custom ring, it’s not going to be perfect”. That should be their slogan… finally I asked for a refund because the ring was hopeless. Sam said he would sell it on consignment and give me the proceeds after a 10% commission was paid to him. Yup. He wanted me to pay him commission to sell the distressed ring he sold me… I said no. After back and forth he gave me a refund of $1,000 less than I paid for “materials and labor”. Sam messed up my ring and I still paid him $1,000? Crooked. Will never go back there.
