We couldn’t be happier with how the rings turned out. Terri was always transparent about costs and never made us feel pressured. As first-time ring buyers, we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We love stopping by WGDC to say hi to Terri and get our rings cleaned. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, and it showed in their warm smiles and attentive care. They went the extra mile by cleaning our stones for free and offering a very affordable appraisal service. What stood out was their transparency and willingness to educate us. They took the time to explain industry terminology, how ratings work, and even provided advice on potential selling prices, whether to them or a third party. It was also refreshing to see that they don’t nickel-and-dime you with hidden fees and are more than happy to customize jewelry to your liking. Parking was a breeze with ample space behind the store, and we were helped immediately upon arrival. I’m definitely coming back for resizing or any future jewelry needs. Thanks Terri and the team!

5 /5 Joey Johnson: We stopped by to browse before we were supposed to catch a flight - it was our first time actively shopping for rings after I got her parents’ blessing and we just wanted to get an idea of what our options would be. We browsed without any pressure for about half an hour. Yesenia was kind and patient with us then, after taking a ton of mental notes, went in back and pulled the perfect ring from the safe. It was a one if its kind, heirloom ring that was well within our budget. My partner was in love with it immediately and we made loose arrangements to have it shipped after it was properly sized. I called Yesenia the next day and she expedited shipping so I could propose sooner than later at our house closing. I had the ring less than 48 hours later all the way in Minnesota. My partner said yes and I couldn’t be happier. Yesenia and her team were incredible and exceeded any expectations of service I had. I won’t need another engagement ring but couldn’t recommend Willow Glen Diamond Co highly enough.
